Ticket Purchase Instructions

Complete These Four Steps

Complete the registration/ticket purchase form directly below these instructions. After the buyer and guest details are entered, review the summary, then continue to Step 4 to make the final payment through Givelify.

1BuyerEnter the primary buyer information first so the registration has a main contact.

2Tickets + GuestsSelect the ticket quantity and complete each additional guest field that appears.

3Review + ContinueReview the ticket total and continue to the payment information page.

4Final PaymentMake final payment through Givelify after the registration is saved as pending.

Important: Your registration will remain Pending Payment Verification until the GALA 2026 ticket payment is validated and verified through our payment system.

Complete the four steps below.

This form continues directly from the Ticket Purchase Instructions: Step 1 Buyer, Step 2 Tickets + Guests, then one payment button that takes the buyer to the final payment information page. The primary buyer is counted as the first ticket; additional guest fields appear for every ticket beyond the primary buyer.

1. Buyer

First Name * Middle Initial Last Name * Suffix Choose a suffix only if applicable. Email Address * Enter a valid email address, for example name@example.com. Phone Number * Title or Office Select the appropriate title or office, or choose None / Guest if not applicable. District * Select the appropriate district, or choose None / Guest if not applicable. Church * Select the appropriate church, or choose None / Guest if not applicable.

2. Tickets + Guests

Select how many tickets and complete each additional guest field that appears. The primary buyer is counted as the first ticket.

Ticket Quantity * Select the total number of tickets. The primary buyer is counted as the first ticket. Ticket Type * Ticket Type is fixed as Purchased for this registration. Price Per Ticket Order Total

Additional Guest Details

The primary buyer is counted as the first ticket. Add guest information only for additional tickets outside of the primary buyer, up to 9 guests. Each guest includes first name, last name, suffix, and an automatic Guest of field tied to the primary buyer.
